Booking Procedure

If you would like to make a booking please email us using the contact form on the next page.

We can hold a tentative booking for 7 days.

A £100 deposit payment (which will also doubles up as the damages deposit - see below) is needed to confirm each weeks booking, this can be by Paypal (see link below) or by cheque (we will send you our address on receipt of enquiry).

Full payment is required 6 weeks before the booking

Damages Deposit

We  ask for a £100 per week deposit to cover any significant damage done to the property.  We obviously expect some wear and tear and would only seek to withhold this deposit if damage was over and above this.  To date we have never had to withhold deposit.  The deposit will be refunded on return of keys.
